The goal of the rebranding project was to create a fresh and updated brand identity that would resonate with the evolving target audience, maintain the essence of the original brand, and position Elephant and Co as a premier destination for socializing and enjoyment.
WHAT IS ELEPHANT & CO.
Nestled in a cozy space with just 60 seats, Elephant and Co. had its own unique charm in 2016. With an old school vibe, hand-drawn brand identity, comfortable seating, and vibrant community events, it had become a beloved gathering place for locals.
As time went on, Elephant and Co began to evolve. The bar invested heavily in improving its kitchen and beverage teams, ensuring the highest quality of offerings. They curated even more exciting events, captivating the attention of a wider audience. The once youthful clientele began to mature, attracting patrons in their late twenties who sought a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere.
But Elephant and Co had even bigger dreams. They decided to embark on a journey to a larger space, expanding from 75 seats to 120 seats and even adding a beautiful outdoor area. It was a transformative moment, an opportunity to not only grow physically but also to redefine their brand.
Recognizing the potential of Elephant and Co, G.O.A.T Ideas embarked on an immersive research process. We delved deep into the brand's history, interviewing guests and stakeholders to uncover the essence of Elephant and Co's authentic story. We sought to understand the current perception and identify the aspirations that would guide the brand's future.
